Effective from 1st December 2010 Altis Consulting Ltd (ACL) has taken full control of Crusader Sports Management Ltd (CSM). ACL was already the majority shareholder in CSM an events, hospitality and sponsorship consulting business which was set up with Piers Lawson, previously owner of Any Event, in November 2008. Piers has joined the board of ACL as a non executive director and will combine a consulting role for us along with his other business interests.
