If you are no longer able to attend an event, you may find our Seatfolio feature on the website useful. It allows customers to resell their tickets through Ticketfolio. Simply go to the Seatfolio section of the website and contact us to register your tickets. In order to resell the tickets, you are asked to provide the correct section, row, seat numbers and the face value. Please note that you will be liable for any mis-sold inventory, therefore please ensure the information is correct as shown in your original purchase confirmation.
We attempt to ensure delivery within the week of the event, however the tickets could arrive earlier, depending on when the seller receives them from the promoters. Once the original buyer has received the tickets, they will forward them to you as the secondary buyer. You will receive an email on the day of dispatch advising you that the tickets are on their way. It is because we have no control over the original dispatch by the promoter, that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. However, we can guarantee that you will receive the tickets in time for the event. If you need to make travel arrangements or address amendments, please keep us informed and we will be sure to update our system to make sure the tickets are sent to the correct delivery address ensuring your entrance to the event.
All tickets are sent using secure shipment methods, depending on your location. If the tickets are sent within the UK, they will be dispatched via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery by 1pm and will require a signature. Please provide a secure address to ensure someone is available to sign for the envelope. If you have received a "Dispatch confirmation" email but your tickets have not arrived, please contact our customer service team to request a tracking number and further delivery information. For international orders, tickets will be sent via DHL. DHL provide online tracking to ensure fast and secure deliveries.
Seatfolio endeavours to issue payments to sellers 7-10 working days from the date of event. Payments will be made either by cheque or via BACS direct into seller’s bank account.
Please be reminded that Tickefolio is a secondary ticket exchange, and some tickets may have names of the primary buyers printed on them. However, please be advised that this will not affect your booking and you will be granted entry into the event.
Ticketfolio charges the seller an agreed percentage of the price paid for the ticket by the buyer to cover its processing and administrative charges including post & packaging. VAT at the standard rate is also levied. This amount is deducted at source with the balance returned to the seller within 10 days of the event.
Because Ticketfolio is not affiliated with any box office or ticket agencies unfortunately lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot be duplicated. Please keep your tickets in a safe spot. Please note that if the bar codes are affected/damaged the ticket may not be validated at the event. Tickets should be treated like cash, as they are irreplaceable if misplaced.
Category 1 seats are tickets of the highest face value (face value is the price as printed on the ticket, NOT the market value). Generally this means that you will have a closer viewing of a concert/game stage/area. The higher the Category, the further away you are likely to be from the main views of the event (Category 2, 3, 4 etc).

All tickets listed on our site are secondary tickets being offered by a whole variety of individual people. Prices of tickets sold on our website are not determined by Ticketfolio but by individual sellers, depending on supply and demand of tickets for a specific event. This can be higher or lower than the face value (value on the ticket) of the ticket.
Ticketfolio is a secondary market place providing a trustworthy channel for people to buy tickets to live events from third party ticket sellers. All our sellers are vetted and are not paid until tickets are delivered. Sellers will lodge tickets with us via Seatfolio that they have and wish to sell. We do not own any tickets available on the website we merely facilitate the transaction. We do not regulate the sellers sale price. Sellers will price their tickets according to the current Market Value for tickets to that particular event. This Market value can be several times higher than the face value printed on the tickets. Like any market place our sellers will compete with each other to make sales thus providing the lowest prices for consumers. When purchasing tickets through Ticketfolio our representatives will tell you the face value of the tickets you are intending to purchase prior to completing your transaction. This information can be found on the ticket you will later receive in the post.
